A Tea Trick for slimming down I wish I knew years ago
I get that A “Tea Tweak” which allowed me to drop from 206 to 135 seems too good to be true. It seems to me like a fantasy….
At the age of 58 with 6 kids and a full-time job as a teacher. I spent most of my time looking after my children and I admit that I was not looking after myself. Exercise and eating healthy was just not something I had time for.
I felt like a stranger in my own body. I didn’t know who that was when I looked in the mirror.

I had lost count of how many times I had signed up for a gym membership, or swimming with my kids, and even did yard work any time I could.
But it only ever lasted for a few weeks, before I fell back into my old habits….and nothing had changed
One Day, when I had an invitation to attend my friend’s daughter Dianne’s wedding event..
She is a Nutritionist and is one of the top specialists in her field.
I explained my situation to Dianne and she told me not to worry, she had helped many of her clients who had similar stories to mine.
At this point, I had nothing to lose so I took Dianne's advice and decided to give it a try.
